If our article does not meet your expectations or doesn't fit correctly please send back within 14 days of purchasing date.
We will be happy to replace or send money back immediately on receipt of return.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

This explicitly includes personalized orders (e.g. with names, logos, special colors, or custom-made designs). For such items, no right of withdrawal or return exists in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

• Contracts relating to pre-orders of goods, which are specially procured, reserved, or produced for the consumer. For such pre-orders, no right of withdrawal or return exists either, as the goods are firmly allocated to you and cancellation would involve disproportionate effort.

You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract and return your order without giving reason within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days as of the day in which the goods were received from you or any third party on your behalf.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Leandro Lopes FZCO, DUBAI, E-Mail: info@leandrolopes.de, Address for returns: Miller und Becker GmbH, Mielestraße 1 (Tor 1/ Gate 41) DE-48231 Warendorf) in a clear declaration (for instance: a letter sent via mail, fax or Email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Please make sure that the articles sent back are in their original condition including original packaging and all accessories. The articles can be tested and tried on in conditions which are common and customary to any other store (i.e. carpet, clean flooring).
